塗り絵クラブ（カラーセラピー）＊♫＊

今回、初めて塗り絵クラブを開催しました。
入室後、まずは使える画材の多さや色の多さに
"わぁ、きれいだね・たくさんあるね"と
声が上がりました。
ヒーリング音楽を耳にしながら、ボランティア講師の先生の説明を聞き、
思いおもいに絵柄や画材を選んで1時間ほど集中して取り組まれていました。
たくさんある中から選ぶことに困難を感じたり、絵を前にしてどう取り組んだらよいのか思案したり、
子供みたいで・・・となかなか手の出ない方も周囲の様子を見ながら少しずつ塗り始めました。
塗り上げる方と途中となってしまった方がいらっしゃいましたが、集中力は素晴らしいものでした。
初回だけではとらえることは難しいそうですが、回を重ねることでその方の心身状態をみていくことができるそうです。
