アメリカからの直送いちごで・・・

こんにちは、栄養課です!(^^)!
アメリカから、直送されてきた苺でゼリーを作りました。
アメリカの苺なので、日本と違い
とても鮮やかな赤い色のゼリーになりました。
杏仁豆腐の白色と
鮮やかないちごゼリーの赤色のコントラストが綺麗です(*^^)v
砂糖などの甘味料を一切使用せず、
いちごゼリーの約８０％に、苺を使用しています。
シロップにはとろみをつけてゼリーにまとうようにしました。
味だけでなく、視覚的にも楽しめるように工夫しています。
越谷さくらの杜では、産地直送品を取り入れ、みなさんにおいしい食事を提供していきます(^0_0^)
