皆さん、はじめまして。管理栄養士の北川です。今日は、私のばあちゃんを紹介します。
あやばちゃんは、大正４年生まれ、うさぎ年の９８歳です。一昨年、脳梗塞で倒れて要介護５の認定を受けました。
どうにかして口から食べないと元気にならないと考えて、あやばあちゃんの食事の実験が始まりました。
試作した食事は、１００通り以上、現在の越谷さくらの杜の食事は、実験に基づくおいしい食事を提供しています。
さて、実験の結果、現在のあやばあちゃんは、ご覧の通り、車椅子に座って自力で食事ができるまで回復しました。
私が、小さい頃に「腹を立てるな。腹は横にしろ」と言っていたのを思い出します。
さあてと、おやつの水ようかんを作る時間です。それでは、また。ごきげんよう、さようなら。
