本日 2月3日は節分の日です！
昼食は『恵方巻き』！！
本来なら丸かじりですが、食べやすいようにカットさせていただきました。
こちらは常食の恵方巻きです。
和食職人の調理師さんが巻いてくれました(^^)/
中の具材は 椎茸・かんぴょう・卵・人参・桜でんぶ・三つ葉です♪
こちらは粥食です！
粥食もお粥を四角く形成して恵方巻き風に仕上げました！
粥食の方もお寿司を楽しめて好評でした(*^_^*)
ちなみに、今年の恵方は東北東です！
おやつは豆に見立てた節分ボーロです！
豆まきをやっているユニットもありました！！
『鬼は外！』 『福は内！』
邪気を追い払い、無病息災を願いましょう！
